Now that you'v stopped by our site, we'd like to introduce you to a friend that can and will change your life.

Jesus! There is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.

Our hearts are designed by God to have a longing, a searching toward Him. Too often we fill that longing with other things but today, you can fill that void with the truth of Jesus Christ.

As hard as it may be to accept, God tells us plainly that "There is none righteous, no not one". Also, He tells us in the book of Romans Chapter 3 verse 23, that "all have sinned and come short of the glory of God". Three chapters later in chapter 6 verse 23, God paints a pretty dim picture of who we are and our condition, it says "For the wages of sin is death...".

So why would I want to indtroduce you to a friend that is so harsh in His opinion of you? Well, because thats not all of the story. You see, God saw that we were sinners and in order to become something more, something better, He sent his Son Jesus to take all of our sin and make it His. He died on the cross in our place. Remember? "The wages of sin is death", so Jesus paid that "wage" or price for sin for you and I.

The rest of that verse though is one of the most powerful things you will read today. "But, the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord". You see, though a dim picture was presented of us, God brightens our outlook by providing a way out, a better way.

In Romans chapter 10, we read that "Whosever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." That means that if you are longing for something, if you are searching for God. You can call on Him and be saved from your sin. He instructs us that we must confess our sins, we must repent.

In repenting we simply turn from our sin and our selves, and turn to God.
